Specifications:

1. Yarn test length: 25mm fix length.

-The test length is automatically taken into account for calculation and final reading is displayed directly in TPM/TPI.

2. Suitable for S/Z type of twisted yarns.

3. Range : Upto 9999 TPM or 99.99 TPI.

4. Resolution : 1 TPM or 0.01 TPI.

5. Elongation Range : +110 mm or 4 inch.

: With tolerance of -15mm or 0.6 inch for movement in other direction.

6. Motor Speed : Upto 1500 RPM

: Manual control of rotation is possible by hand.

Clamps : Spring loaded clamps at motor end for easy clamping of yarn. : Toggle clamp at spool end for easy, quick and continuous clamping of yarn through spool.

8. Averaging : Reading of at least 20 samples can be stored and average TPM/TPI value is calculated and displayed.

9. Electronic sensor for sensing zero (starting) position.

10. Tension weight upto 100 gms adjustable in step of 5 gms.

11. Yarn spool mounting arrangement at one end of the twist tester.

12. Supply : 230 V AC,30 Watts.
